Key responsibilities and tasks:
• Daily general accounting activities, month-end closure process and accounts reconciliations
• Preparing of monthly general ledger accounts and interim/annual financial statements of the Group companies
• Keeping a register of sales and cost invoices, authorization and distribution of invoices
• Acting as first line of contact in finance related queries from management, vendors and clients
• Keeping tax settlements (CIT/VAT) and preparing tax filings and declarations
• Day-to-day cash management: preparing bank transfers for Group companies
• Calculation, filing and payment of salaries, social contributions and other employee benefits
• Preparation of employment contracts, annexes, maintenance of employee documentation,
• Support for annual audits and for consolidation of financial statements
• Support for collection of receivables

• At least 2-years of Accounting/Finance experience, preferably as an independent accountant in General Ledger
• Solid command of Swedish accounting and tax regulations, as well as rules of calculation of labour contributions (command of Norwegian and Danish accounting regulations will be an advantage)
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking or Economics or the equivalent practical training
• Fluent English (work in an international environment)
• Good command of Microsoft Office tools with particular emphasis on Excel, acquaintance with Visma accounting software would be an additional asset
• Analytical skills, scrupulousness, reliability and timeliness
• Good interpersonal skills
• Command of the Polish language would be an additional plus.
